Join us at the Reynolds Drive In on Sunday, October 18, 2026 for Trunk or Treat!

"Trunkers" may begin arriving at 1pm. When you arrive at the drive in, you will enter via the EXIT road. Park in the front rows between the concessions stand and the stage. Please park your vehicles closely together so we have adequate room for all "trunkers" without taking too much space for our guests. Please set up the rear of your vehicle facing the movie screen. You may begin setting up and decorating as soon as you arrive. We are anticipating 500+ people (adults and children) at this event.

You will begin taking down your set up shortly before the movie begins; 6:00pm.

You are responsible for providing everything you need for your display - including candy, give aways, table, signage, decor, hand outs, etc.

Our concession stand will be open for purchases over the course of the evening.

General Information
You don't need to be a vendor to decorate a trunk and participate in the contest.
• If you are a vendor/youth sports team, you may distribute information, promote services, fundraise, or sell non-food merchandise.
• Food or beverage sales are strictly prohibited (this includes homemade, packaged, or commercially prepared items).
• You must provide your own table, chairs, signage, and any necessary equipment/decorations and you must have treats to give out (we are looking for sponsors to have extra candy on hand to give out).
• Set-up and tear-down times will be provided prior to the event and must be followed.
• All displays and activities must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
• Reynolds Drive In reserves the right to deny or remove any vendor that does not align with our family-friendly environment or community standards.
